Rates

• Free 15-minute consultation. This time is geared toward discussing Pruned to Grow’s policies and procedures, getting to know why you are seeking therapy, and discovering if you and I are a good fit for working together. 
• $125 per session, which are typically 55 minutes long. The rate is the same for individual and couples.

Insurance

I am in network with United Health/UMR/Optum, CHA (Meritain and Aetna), MHS/Ambetter, Traditional Medicaid, and Anthem BCBS. For all other insurances, I would be considered Out of Network. 

Some insurance companies reimburse for Out of Network services. I can provide a monthly Superbill detailing your charges, which you can then submit to your insurance. Call your insurance to verify if you qualify. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided.
