Rates

• Free 15-minute consultation. This time is geared toward discussing Pruned to Grow’s policies and procedures, getting to know why you are seeking therapy, and discovering if you and I are a good fit for working together. 
• $125 per session, which are typically 55 minutes long. The rate is the same for individual and couples.

Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance. This allows us to work together without constraints imposed by insurance companies. I can focus on your needs without adhering to insurance-mandated diagnoses or limitations, which leads to a more patient-centered approach to therapy.

Some insurance companies offer reimbursement for Out of Network Behavioral Health services. Please call your insurance company to see if you qualify. I can provide you a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
