Helping women prune out the weeds of worldly thinking in order to bear much fruit for the Kingdom.

Approaching mental health through a Christian lens.
“Every branch in me that bears no fruit he takes away; and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.” – John 15:2
Why Pruned to Grow? Prune is such an ugly word, right?! So, why would we name our practice after something so yucky? Because, pruning is necessary for growth. In gardening, the unwanted or overgrown parts of a plant must be trimmed back or cut away to allow for fruit or blossoms to grow. Sometimes, we need to do the same in our life. Although pruning may sound painful and difficult, it is not a punishment. For a Christian, it is a reward. God prunes the life of everyone who is in Christ in order to bear much fruit.
Pruning enhances spiritual growth by removing what inhibits us, and allows us to grow in Christ. It may take some work, but you will not be alone. Pruned to Grow is here to help you remove the unwanted thoughts, behaviors, and habits that God wants to remove in order to help you grow in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
